MTI’s BJJ + Tactical Athlete “Action Hero” Training Packet is composed of 5 multi-modal training plans built specifically for the Tactical Athlete (Military, LE, or Fire Rescue) who also trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) or other grappling variations. These plans will balance the fitness requirements of your profession while also improving BJJ specific fitness.
The Action Hero plans deploy the most recent iteration of our Fluid Periodization model and each plan concurrently trains 5 fitness attributes:
- Strength
- Work Capacity
- Chassis Integrity (functional core strength)
- Endurance
- BJJ specific fitness attributes
In all, this packet of plans represents 100 total training sessions.
Many athletes have reached out to MTI about balancing physical requirements of their profession while also training BJJ, particularly with limited time in a given week to train. With this packet, we keep the sessions short (30-45 minutes) with guidance on how to properly balance strength and conditioning training with your BJJ training in order to maximize your efforts and returns in both.
Click the links below for the specifics of each training plan, named after action hero’s who epitomize badassery in all things:

The price for this packet represents a 25% savings over purchasing the plans individually.
