Intense, 8-Week Training Plan designed for line units and/or units training at austere locations, who have not access to a fully equipped gym. This programming is designed to be implemented by squad leaders at the squad level, 8-12 guys – hence, “Squad PT”.
This professionally-designed program uses sandbags, weight vest/IBA, rings, dumbbells, step up benches, tires and other simple, easy to make/acquire equipment.
This 8-week training plan has three periods of distinct focus.
Weeks 1-3: Strength
Weeks 4-6: Work Capacity
Weeks 7-8: Stamina
In addition, each Friday is an endurance day of running or rucking.

- 2 Pair of homemade rings from webbing and 6" PVC pieces

- Enough step up bench (16-19" high) space for the entire squad

No. But you can print the programming, by week, from your browser. You access individual training plans online via a username and password.

What is the difference between purchasing an individual training plan, packet of plans or an Athlete's Subscription?
