TAC SEPA: Box Jump Lap Complex

Box Jump Lap Complex:

  • Box Jump Lap Facing Fwd
  • Box Jump Lap Fiacing Right
  • Box Jump Lap Facing Left
  • Rest 60 Seconds

Can be unloaded or loaded with weight vest, etc. Box size is prescribed in the training session.
Be sure to take the 60 second rest after every complex.
