DESCRIPTION
The Out of Shape Active Duty USMC PFT and CFT Training Packet includes three linked training plans, containing Marine fitness test workouts and totaling 20 weeks of training to prepare you for the USMC PFT and CFT. The first plan is designed to build your fitness to handle the volume and intensity of the USMC PFT or USMC CFT Training Plan that follows. You should begin this packet the 10 weeks before your CFT and the 12 weeks before your PFT – depending on which test you are taking.
The packet includes:
- Out of Shape Active Duty USMC PFT/CFT On Ramp Training Plan – 6 Weeks: Prepares athletes for the volume and intensity of the USMC PFT and CFT Training Plans. Deploys Bodyweight Flow, DB/KB Strength, Work Capacity, Bodyweight Core Strength, and Endurance training.
- USMC Combat Fitness Test (CFT) Training Plan – 4 Weeks: This plan is designed specifically to help applicants achieve the highest possible score on each portion of the USMC CFT: Movement to Contact, Ammo Can Lift, Maneuver Under Fire.
- USMC PFT Prep Plan: 6 Weeks: designed to train specifically for the U.S. MARINE CORPS PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST (USMC PFT). This program contains Marine fitness test workouts and is “sport-specific” with the sole objective of improving your score on the USMC PFT: Pull Ups or Push Ups, Plank, 3 Mile Run.
The price for this packet represents a 25% savings over purchasing the plans individually.

What if I miss a day?
Begin where you left off when you return to training. This program is progressed – each session builds upon the prior session – so don’t skip a session or skip around. Follow the training sessions in order, regardless.

Do you have downloadable .pdf's of the training plans?
No. But you can print the programming, by week, from your browser. You access individual training plans online via a username and password.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes, we do. Available for IOS and Android.
What is the difference between purchasing an individual training plan, packet of plans or an Athlete's Subscription?
- Plan - Like purchasing the DVD of the first Star Wars movie. You own it forever, including any updates we make to the plan.
- Packet - Like purchasing the DVD's of all the Star Wars movies. You own them forever, including any updates we make to the plans.
- Athlete's Subscription - Like subscribing to Netflix. You get access to all 200+ plan in our library, but lose access if you unsubscribe.
If I purchase an Athletes Subscription Can I cancel on my own, anytime?
